Will my clients know they're talking to a bot?

On the Essential and Pro plans, SeshBot® uses your brand name, tone, and personality in every response — most clients think they're texting your assistant, not a bot. On Starter, SeshBot® responds helpfully but without custom branding, so it's a great way to test the experience before upgrading.

What phone number do my clients text?

Each business gets their own dedicated SeshBot® phone number. This is a real, local SMS number that your clients text directly. It's separate from your personal number — all SeshBot® conversations happen on this dedicated line.

Why is there a wait before I can start texting?

Because SeshBot® sends real SMS from a dedicated number, we need to register your number with the carrier network (a process called campaign registration). This is a standard requirement for business texting and typically takes a few weeks. You're not charged until your number is live.

I already have a CRM or booking software. Do I need this?

SeshBot® doesn't replace your CRM — it handles a channel your CRM doesn't. Your CRM manages bookings, contracts, and invoicing. SeshBot® handles the text messages: the pricing questions, the availability checks, and the 'are you open Saturday?' messages that come in while you're busy with clients.

What if a client asks something SeshBot® can't handle?

SeshBot® is trained to stay focused on your business — scheduling, services, pricing, logistics, and follow-ups. If someone asks something outside its scope, it responds gracefully and lets them know you'll follow up personally. On Essential and Pro, you can review and approve draft messages before they're sent.

What's the difference between Starter and Essential?

Starter lets you try AI-powered SMS with up to 15 clients and 125 messages per month. Essential is built for working businesses — you get custom branding (SeshBot® responds as your business, in your voice), proactive follow-ups, draft approval, and up to 50 clients with 400 messages per month.

How does SMS compliance work?

SeshBot® handles TCPA compliance automatically. Clients can text STOP at any time to opt out, and HELP for support info. Consent is recorded, opt-outs are tracked, and all of it is logged for your records.

When does billing start?

You're not charged until your dedicated SeshBot® number is live and approved by the carrier network. Sign up today, customize everything, and billing begins only when SMS is actually active on your account.
